Mayport Venture Partners will review all Executive Summaries it receives and will contact the sender if further information is desired. An Executive Summary should be in a Word or PDF format of no more than four pages and should include the following:

• Concise description of the business
• Analysis of market size and competition
• Description of targeted customers, existing sales channels to those customers, and selling cycle in the industry
• Intellectual property, if applicable, and estimated development time to a commercially available product
• Experience and background of management and board of directors
• Exit strategy

We will not sign a confidentiality agreement to review an Executive Summary.
